If you are a beginning or a seasoned entrepreneur with product[s] and service[s], you can be an active member of Bizster Community for FREE and start connecting, promoting and profiting from the potential tool provided for you.
Please read the following Terms of Service and Use carefully. The Terms of Service and Use contains vital pieces of information regarding your rights, obligations and restrictions in connection with your use of the Bizster Service and the Bizster.com.ph website. By visiting or using the site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Use ("Terms of Service and Use" or "Agreement"), whether or not you register as a Bizster Member. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and Use, you may not use Bizster and you may not register as a Bizster member.
You agree that we may modify this Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion and without prior notice. Any modification of this Agreement will be posted on the Bizster.com.ph website. The modified Agreement will become effective upon such posting. Your continued use of the site and its service after posting of the amended Agreement indicates your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by the amended Agreement.
The Service offered by Bizster includes the Bizster.com.ph website (the "website") and any other services provided by Bizster or Bizster's Affiliates from time to time in connection with the Bizster.com.ph website (the "Service"). The Terms of Service and Use applies to all Services and all uses of the Biszter.com.ph website.
To use this Service, you understand and agree to the following: (a) as part of the registration process, you must submit a valid e-mail address and select a password and username; (b) you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member name and password, and all uses of your account—whether or not you've authorized such use; (c) you agree to notify Bizster immediately of any unauthorized use of your account; and (d) you are at least 18 years of age. Bizster will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance. We reserve the right to refuse the Service to any user.
In addition, you understand and agree that Bizster will use aggregated data collected from you and other users for statistical and analytical reporting purposes. You understand, and agree that, unless expressly stated, Bizster in no way controls, verifies, or endorses any of the information contained on or in the Bizster Service, including links, events, messages, message boards and members' published listings.
In order to use some of the Services on the Bizster.com.ph website you will have to register with Bizster as a Member. As part of the registration process, you agree to: (a) provide certain limited information about you as prompted to do so by the Service (such information to be current, complete and accurate); and (b) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. The information requested upon original sign-up shall be referred to as registration data ("Registration Data"). Bizster reserves the right to delete accounts created by users who appropriate the name, likeness, e-mail address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual. You may not register for more than one Member account, register for a Member account on behalf of an individual other than yourself, or register for a Member account on behalf of any group or entity.
You must be a part of a valid company or be an entrepreneur or anyone who wants to promote brand-new or second-hand product[s] and service[s] online. You must be eighteen (18) years old or older to register as a member of Bizster Community. By using the Bizster or registering for the Service, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years old or older and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to, and abide by on this Agreement. Bizster reserves the right to cancel the account or and delete your profile and any content or information posted by any user of age under eighteen (18) years.
Please be aware that Bizster clearly is for public business only, anything that are not related in business, the Bizster team might not entertain such members.
Membership in Bizster is void where prohibited by law.
This Agreement will remain in full force and effect as long as you use the Bizster Service site and/or are a Member. You may cancel your Bizster membership at any time via the Cancel My Account page, which will remove your account from our database. Bizster may terminate your membership (1) automatically without notice upon any violation or alleged violation of this Agreement or Bizster's Privacy Policy posted at website, in Bizster's sole discretion; (2) for any reason, at any time without notice to Member, including, upon Bizster blocking Member's access to the website or Service, discontinuance of Member's account, or notification to Member at the e-mail address provided in Member's registration. Upon any termination by Bizster Member shall discontinue all efforts to access the Bizster website or the Services.
Proprietary Rights in Content on Bizster. Bizster owns and retains all proprietary rights in the website and our Service. The website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Bizster, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.
You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter "Post") on the Bizster.com.ph website, or transmit to other Bizster Members, including but not limited to company logo and profile, product sample images, service description, messages, events, notes, text, and information. You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind submitted by you or otherwise posted or shared by you through the Service will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary rights or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise unlawful material, or violate any other laws or regulations.
You understand and agree that Bizster may, but is not obligated to, review and delete any Member Content that, in the sole judgment of Bizster, violate this Agreement or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Bizster, Bizmates or users, or the public, without notice. Bizster assumes no responsibility for monitoring the content posted on the Web site by Members or the conduct of its Members.
Your account must describe about your company and the products or services that you're promoting. Examples of inappropriate profiles include, but are not limited to, profiles that purport to represent an animal, place, inanimate object, fictional character, or real individual who is not you.
You retain all ownership rights in your Member Content. However, by posting Content to the site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Bizster (and its successors) an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, assignable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, distribute and to prepare derivative works of such Content in connection with the website and the Service, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.
The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the website. Bizster reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision including, without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Bizster site and terminating the membership of such violators and reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Bizster is NOT responsible for the content that Members submit and you hereby waive any legal or equitable rights or remedies you may have against Bizster related to such exposure.
You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.If you believe that any Member's Content or other material on the Bizster.com.ph website infringes upon any copyright that you own or control, you may submit a notification to Bizster pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

Bizster, in appropriate circumstances and at Bizster's sole discretion, will terminate Members who are deemed to be repeat infringers. Bizster may also at its sole discretion limit access to the website and/or terminate the memberships of a Member[s] who infringe[s] any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Bizster Members or third parties. Bizster reserves the right, but HAS NO OBLIGATION, to monitor disputes between you and other Members or third parties.
Any link included within the Bizster site that take users out of the Bizster.com.ph site are not owned by or under the control of Bizster and Bizster assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party website[s]. Use of such third party sites shall be at your own risk and is subject to the policies and procedures of the owner of such site. We encourage you to read those policies and know your rights.
Bizster shall not be liable for your interactions and Business Transactions with any companies, organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Bizster Service. This includes, but is not limited to, payment and delivery of goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings. These dealings are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that Bizster is not responsible for any damage or loss incurred as a result of any such dealings. Bizster is under no obligation to become involved in disputes between participants on the site, or between participants on the site and any third party. In the event of a dispute, you release Bizster, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, damages and demands of every kind, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and our Service.
