Binalot Fiesta Foods

"Ang Pambansang Tsibugan!"

About my Company

BINALOT simply means freshly cooked and prepared great-tasting food-piping hot rice and viand, lutong Pinoy, lasang hanap at nakalakihang pinoy, with a dash of salt and kamatis(tomato),all wrapped carefully in banana leaf.

Such is brainchild of brothers Rommel and Raffy Juan, together with longtime family friend Aileen Anastacio. BINALOT’s timely entry in 1996 to an otherwise bland and boring array of fast-food rice meal concept proved to be an instant hit amongst the Makati office crowd and later, even among the residents.

Starting out as a food delivery service business initially, BINALOT began its guerilla operations in a residential condominium in Makati. It did not take long however, for BINALOT to gain a steady following and be considered the delivery rice meal of choice amongst the Makati office workers and residents. The overwhelming demand for BINALOT has earned for it the moniker, “darling of the food delivery industry” alongside its competitors.

By the 3rd quarter of 1996, BINALOT was already a buzzword, a palatable word-of-mouth favorite by people from all walks of life and profession. Daily demand for BINALOT delivery reached an all-time high in sales and delivery.

Encouraged by the overwhelming reception, BINALOT opened a delivery outlet-cum-commissary a month later in Shaw Boulevard to cater to the food delivery needs of the Mandaluyong and Ortigas Business District. Not long after, BINALOT opened a take-out kiosk just across Greenbelt, near Ayala Commercial Complex. Sales was brisk, especially during lunchtime and dinnertime, a long queue filled BINALOT’s Greenbelt kiosk frontage. This was clearly a prelude of bigger and better things to come.
