Maxima De Boracay is an Island resort situated at the central part of Boracay Island specifically at Station 2. We offer the most favorable and flattering room accommodation to all tourists worldwide. With its 10 innovatively and spacious rooms comprises of (2) Deluxe, (4) Superior, (3) Suite and a Family room which sets to delight and make our guests coming back. All rooms are fully furnished with air-condition, Cable Television, refrigerator with mini-bar, hot and cold shower, and in-room safe. Family rooms are also equipped with kitchenette and its own living area.

It is family-owned hence we created service with modified and of personal touch. It was established on October 2005 with the desire to be the best in this kind of business thus we produce a number of promos and packages every year to entice the interest of everyone who wants to experience a genuine and blissful vacation on the island.

Our services include room lodging, airline ticketing assistance, airport pick-up and transfers, water sports arrangement, boat trip arrangement and business center.

The resort fronts the main road and lake of the island. One can easily locate Maxima De Boracay since this is beside D’Mall Plaza (very popular shopping mall in Boracay), immediately a minute walk going to the white beach. Our site is incredibly accessible to majority of the famous restaurants and hang-out clubs and bars. Guests will probably feel like they are just window shopping through D’Mall and in just a minute you will get to see the beauty of the white beach.

ABOUT THE RESORT:


LOCATION
The resort fronts the lake and main road of Brgy. Balabag, the center of the island, complex with Boracay’s largest tourist attraction, the four-kilometer widen of perfect white powdery sand and clear blue water known as the White Beach.

ACCOMMODATION

The Resort Hotel has ten (10) welcoming and classy rooms. It has (2) Deluxe, (4) Superior, and (3) Suite Room and a Family room. Some of the rooms have its own balcony facing the main road of the island.

* Rates above are on a per room per night basis only.
* Deluxe and Suite room are based on a twin-sharing. Superior is based on a
triple-sharing, and Family room on a quadruple sharing.
* Additional person is Php500.
* A child under 7 yr. old sharing room or bed w/ adult is free of charge.
Maximum of 2 children per room.
* Suite Room has its own kitchenette and a dining area. Family room is also
equipped with living and dining area, kitchenette and a veranda.
* Group arrangements may be negotiated first at the Manila Sales Office.
* Check in time: 2:00pm; Check out time: 12:00 nn
* Low Season: June 1-Oct 15; High Season: Oct 16-May 31; Peak Season:
Christmas and New Year Season (Dec 21-Jan5), Ati-Atihan Festival, Chinese
New Year, Holy Week (Holy Monday-Thursday).
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice.



TRANSFER RATE:

One way Php 450 per head Php 600per head
Round Trip Php 700 per head Php 1000 per head

* Rates are inclusive of Environmental and Terminal fee. Porterage fee is
not yet included.
* Child 2 to 10 years old considered half fare. 11 years old and above consider as
adult rate.




TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
* A fifty percent (50%) advance deposit is required to hold the rooms. Full
payment to be settled upon check-in.
* Fifty percent (50%) of the total room charges on cancellation made one
day (1) day before the arrival.
* One hundred percent (100%) payment based on the total room charges shall
be imposed on cancellation and no show made on the day of the arrival.
* Reservation fees are non-refundable.
