We, invite those businesses to try Bizster and see how this can help boost your sales."
The business began in 1958. It started as a family cottage business, founded by Timoteo C. Toledo Sr. Brooms made of Arenga fibers were the main products produced, until later on, brushes of different styles and designs, as there are different customer requirements, were included. Thus, the name Toledo & Sons Brushes Enterprises was born.
Through the years, the floor polisher brushes became the most saleable items. This was the direct result of a growing demand for janitorial services and increased sales of floor machines by local manufacturers and importers. From hereon, the company focused on specializing in wood-back circular floor brushes.
As a positive response, our broom and brush business pioneered the conceptualization and introduction of an efficient method of customer brush identification SYSTEM based on specific cleaning purpose, budget and design preference.
Therefore, the customers have been given the freedom to choose what their exact NEED based on their cleaning requirements, budget, and design preference.
The company’s wide exposure to foreign brush brands, almost five decades of experience in brush making, and polished craftsmanship, made Toledo name synonymous to quality brushes.
In this new millennium, the second generation of brush makers decided to carry on the legacy and tradition of quality broom and brush making. The company now is going back to where it had started: quality broom-making. Broom customization and variations are now the main focus of the business, but we still do industrial brushes fabrication.
In 2005, the company changed its name to PUTTER BROOMCRAFT, an appropriate name for a specialized business such as ours. Our broom making is continuously evolving to answer the changing needs of our special customers. The usual native broom that we made has now metamorphosed to a blending of native local materials with other industrial materials – resulting to broom hybrids. Innovation is our tool to do this.
The business is now under single proprietorship. Managed by the Patriarch’s first son.
