Charter International, Inc. a subsidiary of Celine Marketing Corp., was established in October 1996. In November 2003, the company launched a trendy teens line figliarina-figliorino label carrying sandals and clogs, loafers and fashion sports in SM Shoemart Makati, North Edsa and Ortigas. It's figlia too!

We have four different kinds of Figlia Couture; One is made of fresh water kishi pearls and swarovski crystals thong on pearlized kidskin; two is made of embroidered fine Pina cloth with fresh water pearls and sequins on low kitten heel; three is made of Lace on satin, wrap around ankle strap with pearls and crystals; and four is pearlized kidskin leather high heel mule with band of real miniature fresh water pearls.
